Workday ATS Assessment
To successfully set up a webhook for a Workday Assessment order request, follow these steps to understand the process and configure any necessary actions for webhook notification.
This guidance assumes you have Admin privileges for your Workday account.
Create an integration system using StackOne.
Create a Webhook
Set up a webhook in StackOne
Please ensure that the status of the webhook in the grid below is set to enabled
Add a webhook event
To add or edit a webhook event, click on the Edit event button and then click on the + button next to created under ATS Assessments.
When the pop-up appears, please select the Invited event under Workday and then click on the Confirm button.
Please remember to click on the Save button.

Set up the Assessment Statuses
Navigate to Maintain Assessment Statuses, add an assessment status Invited, and ensure it is enabled with the overall status checked.
To obtain the Reference ID of the Invited event, you can access it through the three-dot menu.
Set up the Assessment Tests
Navigate to the Maintain Recruiting Assessment Tests, add an assessment test, and ensure it is enabled by selecting StackOne_IS_System as an Integration System.
To obtain the Reference ID of the selected test, you can access it through the three-dot menu.

Log in to your Workday account and navigate to the Assess Candidate Business Process
Click on the Configure button next to the job condition rules. Select StackOne_IS_System as an integration and click on OK
The pop-up will appear, allowing you to select values for the fields that will be included in the payload request when the Invited event is triggered from Workday.
Please fill in the following information:
- Candidate First Name: [First Name]
- Candidate Last Name: [Last Name]
- Candidate Email Address: [Email]
- Candidate Reference ID: [Candidate ID]
- Job Application Reference ID: [Job Requisition as Text]
- Assessment Test Reference ID: [Add Assessment Reference ID that you want to share with Candidate]
Click the OK button to save your configurations.
