Ensure you have Admin privileges within your Jetbrains Space account.
If you’ve been directed to StackOne to integrate with Jetbrains, the following steps will help you understand the process and any necessary actions to configure successful integration. This guidance assumes that you are a System Administrator in your Jetbrains Space account.

Get Your Jetbrains Space Subdomain

Find Your Subdomain

This is located in the URL when you are logged in to your Jetbrains Space account. Given the URL https://subdomain.jetbrains.space the subdomain is subdomain.

Get Your Jetbrains Space Personal Access Token

Open Profile

After logging in to your Jetbrains Space account, click your profile icon in the top left, then My profile.

Navigate to Personal Tokens

Scroll down through the list of profile settings to click Authentication > Personal Tokens.

Create New Token

Click the New personal token button on the right.

Enter Token Details

Under New Personal Token, enter the required information:
  • Name
  • Expires: Set an expiration date for this token, or leave blank for permanent access
  • Access: Select Limited

Set Permissions

Under Permissions in the Global Context, enable the following:
  • Member Teams: View memberships
  • Members: View all external users, View member profiles, View member profile basic info
  • Permissions: View permissions granted to other members
  • Teams: View teams

Save Token

Click the Save button to continue. Your Personal Token will be displayed. Copy by clicking the Copy token button and store it safely.

Connecting with StackOne

Enter Credentials

Upon reaching the Link Account page, enter your Subdomain and Personal Token from the previous step.

Proceed by clicking the Connect button.
