Ensure you have Admin privileges for your Factorial HR account.

If you’ve been directed to StackOne to integrate with Factorial HR, the following steps will help you understand the process and any necessary actions to configure successful integration.

Create your OAuth Application

Go to OAuth Applications page

Go to the OAuth applications page. Click on the green button which says New Application.

Enter Application Details

Enter the new Application’s Name and enter the Redirect URI: https://api.stackone.com/connect/oauth2/factorialhr/callback. Then click the blue Save button.

Get Your Client ID and Client Secret

Select an Existing Application

From the OAuth applications page click on an existing application. This will take you to the application’s page.

Copy Client ID and Client Secret

Here you will find your Client ID and Client Secret.

Connecting with StackOne

Navigate to Integrations

Navigate to the Integrations page in the StackOne Hub. Click on the Factorial HR tile under HRIS.

Select Authentication Type

Select OAuth2 under authentication type and Production under Environment type. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret from the previous step, then click the Save Integration button.

Link Account

Navigate to the Accounts page. Select the black Link Account on the right and then select Factorial HR from the modal.

Connect

Select Connect.

Connection Successful

If successful, you will see a Connection Successful message. Your account is now linked!
