Aircall
Follow these steps to connect Aircall via the StackOne Hub successfully.
Ensure that your Aircall account has Admin or Owner privileges.
If you’ve been directed to StackOne to integrate with Aircall, the following steps will help you understand the process and any necessary actions to configure a successful integration.
Log in to Aircall
Log in
Log in to your Aircall account.
Create new API Credentials
Navigate to API Keys
In the Aircall dashboard, click Integrations & API on the left navigation, then click API Keys.
Create New API Key
Click Generate an API Key.
Copy your New API Credentials
In the window that appears, enter a Key name for your new API credentials.
Copy both the displayed API ID and API Token, and store these safely to be used in the next step.
Press the Confirm button once complete.
Connecting with StackOne
Enter Credentials
Upon reaching the Link Account page, enter your API ID and API Token from the previous step.
Proceed by clicking the Connect button.
