Ensure you have Admin privileges for your Bitwarden Enterprise Organization.

If you’ve been directed to StackOne to integrate with Bitwarden, the following steps will help you understand the process and any necessary actions to configure successful integration.

This guidance assumes that you are an Admin within your Bitwarden Enterprise Organization.

Get your Bitwarden Client ID and Client Secret

Access Admin Console

After logging in to Bitwarden, click the menu button in the top right, then Admin Console.

Navigate to Organization Info

Within the Admin Console, click Settings > Organization Info.

Generate or View API Key

Under API Key, press the View API key or Create API key button. You may be prompted for your Bitwarden password. The Scope api.organization is required.

Copy Credentials

Copy and store safely the displayed “OAUTH 2.0 CLIENT CREDENTIALS”.

Enter Credentials

Upon reaching the Link Account page, enter the Client ID and Client Secret from the previous steps.
