Ensure you have Super admin privileges for your Lattice account.

If you’ve been directed to StackOne to integrate with Lattice, the following steps will help you understand the process and any necessary actions to configure successful integration.

Generating an API key

Sign in to Lattice

Sign in to the Lattice Dashboard and click on Switch to admin in the bottom left.

Navigate to the API keys

In the left menu bar, click on Settings > Platform to expand the menu and then click on API Keys.

Generate API key

Click on the Generate API key button.

Copy API Key

Click on Copy and copy your new API Key to a safe place to be used in the next step.

Enter the API Key

Upon reaching the Link Account page, enter the API Key and proceed by clicking the Connect button.
