Ensure you have Admin privileges within your 15Five account.
If you’ve been directed to StackOne to integrate with 15Five, the following steps will help you understand the process and any necessary actions to configure successful integration. This guidance assumes that you are an Administrator within 15Five.

Get your 15five API Key

Login to 15Five

Log in to your 15five account.

Navigate to Integrations

Select the Settings icon in the top right corner and select ADMIN SETTINGS > Integrations from the menu.

Find Public API

Scroll down to Public API and Click Enable.

Create new API Key

Click on the Create new key button.

Enter API Key Details

Enter an API Key name and click Save

Copy API Key

Your new API Key will be displayed. Copy and store it safely.

Connecting to StackOne

Enter API Key

Upon reaching the Link Account page, enter the API Key from the previous step.

Connect

Proceed by clicking the Connect button.
