If you’ve been directed to StackOne to integrate with ADP Workforce Now, the following steps will help you understand the process and any necessary actions to configure successful integration.

Getting your Client ID and Client Secret

These are unique identifiers for your account. If you do not possess this information, please contact your ADP client representative.

Generating a Certificate Signing Request (CSR)

You’ll need a CSR to ensure secure communication. Refer to ADP’s guide for a step-by-step process. Generating a Certificate Signing Request The procedures for generating a CSR for ADP may vary depending on your partnership status with them. Ensure you follow the instructions relevant to your situation in the CSR guide above.

Connecting to StackOne

  1. Enter your Client ID and Client Secret from Step 1.
  2. Locate the certificate issued by ADP and your private.key files generated in Step 2.
  3. Copy the contents of these files.
  4. Paste the copied contents into the designated areas in StackOne.
  5. If you initially used a passphrase to generate the key, add the same passphrase into the (Optional) Passphrase input.
  6. Click the Connect button.
