Ensure that your Retool account has Admin privileges.

If you’ve been directed to StackOne to integrate with Retool, the following steps will help you understand the process and any necessary actions to configure a successful integration.

Log in to Retool

Log in

Log in to your Retool account at https://login.retool.com/auth/login.

Create a New API Key

Navigate to Your Profile

Click your name in the top right, then click Settings.

Create New API Key

Click the Retool API tab. Click the Create new button

Select Scopes

Enter the Name and Description for this new Token.

This Retool connection requires the following scopes. Select these under Scopes:

  • Retool RPC

Copy your API Key

Your new API Key will be displayed only once. Copy and store this value securely.

Get your Domain URL

Your Domain URL can be found in the URL when logged in to your Retool organization.

It will be in the following format: https://your-subdomain.retool.com

Note: The subdomain is based on the organization name entered in Retool.

Connecting with StackOne

Upon reaching the Link Account page, enter the credentials from the previous steps:

  • API Key
  • Domain URL

Proceed by clicking the Connect button.
