If you've been directed to StackOne to integrate with Braze, the following steps will help you understand the process and any necessary actions to configure successful integration.

This guidance assumes you have Admin privileges for your Braze account.

Step 1: Finding your Instance URL

Braze instances are hosted across several different endpoints. We will need to know which endpoint points to your instance.

  1. Login to your Braze dashboard.

  2. Note the subdomain in your browser's URL bar (e.g., dashboard-03).

  3. Check the endpoints table on this Endpoints page.

  4. Select and copy the Rest Endpoint, that matches your subdomain under URL. E.g., if our subdomain is dashboard-03, the rest endpoint would be https://rest.iad-03.braze.com

Step 2: Generating your API Key

  1. On the Braze dashboard, select Settings from the left menu and choose API Keys.

  2. Select Create New API Key.

  3. Enter any API Key Name.

  4. Enable the following permissions:

    1. campaigns.list

    2. campaigns.details

    3. templates.email.create

    4. templates.email.update

    5. templates.email.info

    6. templates.email.list

  5. Select Save API Key.

  6. Your newly created API key will be listed under the Rest API Keys table.

  7. Copy the Identifier 📋 from the table. This will be your API Key.

Step 3: Linking Braze to StackOne

Upon reaching the Link Account page, enter the gathered details and proceed by clicking the Connect button.

🎉 Congratulations, you're all set! If you face any issues with the steps mentioned above, please contact us via the live chat button or by emailing integrations@stackone.com. We're always here to assist you!
